Terms & Conditions of Sale and Website Use
Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the RedSwan Press website and to purchases made through it.
Please read them carefully before using this website or placing an order. By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. When you place an order with us, you also agree to the terms relating to purchases, payment, delivery and returns set out below.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About RedSwan Press
RedSwan Press is an independent UK publisher operated by REDSWAN GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11085308.
Registered office:
Unit 11, Lambwood Hill
Grazeley
Reading
RG7 1JQ
United Kingdom
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, references to “RedSwan Press”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean REDSWAN GROUP LTD trading as RedSwan Press.
If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, an order or any of our products, you can contact us at:
Email: info@redswanpress.com

2. Using Our Website
You may use the RedSwan Press website for lawful purposes and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not deliberately misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce viruses or other harmful material, or use its content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights or those of another person.
We may occasionally need to change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from errors.

3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including text, illustrations, photographs, graphics, book covers, logos, branding, downloadable resources and other original material—is owned by or licensed to RedSwan Press and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or substantially modify our content without our prior written permission.
Where we provide free downloadable resources, such as children's activity packs, worksheets or guides, these may be downloaded and printed for personal, family or educational use unless the resource states otherwise.
They may not be sold, republished, uploaded to another website, incorporated into another commercial product or distributed commercially without our written permission.

4. Products and Descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display our books and other products accurately.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and the printing process used.
Minor differences between images shown on the website and the finished printed product do not necessarily mean that the product is faulty.

5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been received. A contract for the purchase is formed when your order is accepted and processed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product has been listed with an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at the time of purchase.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
We may change our prices from time to time, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

7. Pre-Orders
Some books may be made available for pre-order before their publication or release date.
The anticipated publication or dispatch date will be shown on the relevant product page wherever possible.
Publication and delivery dates for pre-orders are estimates and may occasionally change for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay to a pre-ordered product, we will endeavour to let affected customers know.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Printing, Fulfilment and Delivery
Some RedSwan Press books are produced using print-on-demand services and may be printed and dispatched by a third-party fulfilment partner on our behalf.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Although we and our fulfilment partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timescale, occasional delays may occur.
Please make sure that the delivery information supplied with your order is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

9. Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@redswanpress.com.
You should return the goods in accordance with the return instructions we provide and take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you may be responsible for the cost of returning them.
Certain goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not be covered by the usual cancellation right. Where this applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.

10. Returns, Damaged or Faulty Products
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@redswanpress.com, preferably including your order details and, where helpful, a photograph showing the problem.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

11. Personalised Items and Bookplates
We may occasionally offer personalised products or optional personalised items, such as signed or named bookplates.
Please check any name, wording or other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order, as we cannot normally correct information once a personalised item has been produced.
Where an item is made specifically to your requirements or clearly personalised, your usual right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind may not apply.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or does not match the personalisation information you supplied.

12. Free Digital Downloads and Resources
From time to time, RedSwan Press may provide free downloadable resources, including activity packs, worksheets, guides and other materials.
Unless otherwise stated, these resources are provided for personal, family or educational use only.
You may download and print reasonable copies for these purposes. You may not sell the resources, reproduce them commercially, upload them to another website, remove copyright or ownership information, or claim them as your own work.
We may update, replace or withdraw free resources at any time.

13. Promotions and Special Offers
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, competitions or special offers.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be stated alongside the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.

14. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or additional information. RedSwan Press does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms and conditions.
We recommend reviewing the relevant terms and privacy policies before using third-party websites or services.

15. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you use this website or purchase products as a consumer, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.
Information you provide through our website, including when placing an order, contacting us or signing up to receive a free resource or email communication, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy on this website for further information about how we collect, use and protect personal information.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our website, products, business practices or applicable law.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to a purchase will normally be those in force at the time you place your order.
The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms & Conditions were last updated.

18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
